To kick off the new year, the American Kennel Club will be having a variety of club meetings and events in Indio, California. For those who don't know, the American Kennel Club is a nationwide organization promoting dog show standards, clubs and competitions. From January 5th to the 8th there will be nine events and club meetings ranging from the Inland Empire Hound Club of Southern California to Miniature Dog Breeders Association of Southern California. Bob Ross and Sue Ellen Ross will be at the Poodle Speciality Show next week. They raise miniature poodles and they are absolutely a joy to have.
